Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan attended the Next On Netflix event on Monday evening to unveil his son Aryan Khan’s directorial debut, The BA**DS of Bollywood.

During the event, Shah Rukh made a heartfelt request to his fans, asking them to extend their support to Aryan and his daughter, Suhana Khan.

“I request from my heart that my son, who is taking his first step into direction, and my daughter, who is becoming an actress, if they receive even 50 percent of the love the world has given me, it would be enough,” he said.

The actor also shared that he had passed on his sense of humor to Aryan. “I love funny things. People often take offence to my jokes, so I have stopped joking. I have passed this to my son Aryan and told him, ‘Go make your father proud,’” he added.

Shah Rukh attended the event with his wife, Gauri Khan, and their children, Aryan and Suhana.

Produced by Red Chillies Entertainment, the series is co-written by Aryan Khan, Bilal Siddiqi, and Manav Chauhan. The show promises a blend of humor, high-stakes drama, and exciting Bollywood cameos.

Shah Rukh Khan is set to make a return to the big screen alongside his daughter, Suhana Khan, in the upcoming film titled King. Directed by Sujoy Ghosh, this film marks Suhana’s debut alongside her superstar dad.

In King, Shah Rukh will not portray Suhana’s on-screen father; instead, he will take on the role of a professional assassin. Suhana, on the other hand, plays a character who has lost her family and is now under the protection of her father’s character, drawing inspiration from the 1994 French film Léon: The Professional.

According to Times Now, fan expectations are particularly high following Shah Rukh’s successful performances in 2023’s action films, Pathaan and Jawan. Suhana’s previous project, The Archies, featured notable co-stars such as Khushi Kapoor and Agastya Nanda.

In addition to his film roles, Shah Rukh recently co-hosted the IIFA Awards 2024 with filmmaker Karan Johar and actor Vicky Kaushal. On the family front, the iconic actor is a proud father of three children: Aryan, Suhana, and AbRam, with his wife, fashion designer Gauri Khan.

Aryan Khan, the superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s friend, threatened to leak Ananya Panday’s personal vlogs as a kind of “blackmail,” the Bollywood actress recently disclosed.

Ananya, known for her role in “Dream Girl 2,” explained, “I used to document my daily activities and meals without posting them anywhere. Aryan would joke that he would leak those videos if we didn’t do tasks for him.” She referred to this incident as her “random trauma story.”

Ananya also shared a humorous mishap involving her best friend Suhana Khan. She recounted a time when she accidentally leaked Suhana’s phone number while FaceTiming her. “I was FaceTiming Suhana and unintentionally posted a screenshot on Instagram with her number visible. She called me upset, saying her number had been compromised,” she noted.

Since Ananya and Aryan are often spotted together at events and are known to be close friends, the media and fans are becoming more interested in them. The previous evening, the film’s creators hosted a special screening, which drew the attendance of several celebrities, including Suhana Khan, Shanaya Kapoor, Navya Naveli Nanda, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Vidya Balan, Sunny Kaushal, Sharvarri Wagh, among others. Ananya Panday’s rumored boyfriend, Aditya Roy Kapur, was also present to support her. Before the screening commenced, Ananya engaged with the paparazzi for photographs. Witness her response as the photographers request her to pose alongside Aditya Roy Kapur.

A video circulating on Instagram captures Ananya Panday striking poses with her co-star Ayushmann Khurrana. She then posed individually for snapshots, displaying a noticeably cheerful demeanor. Subsequently, the paparazzi asked her to pose with her speculated boyfriend, Aditya Roy Kapur. The actress responded with a smile and blush before proceeding into the theater for the screening.

For the screening event, Ananya Panday opted for a denim-on-denim ensemble, pairing a stylish denim corset top with loose flared denim pants. Meanwhile, Aditya Roy Kapur sported a denim shirt layered over a white t-shirt, complemented by black jeans.

Ananya also posed for photographs with her parents, Bhavana and Chunky Panday.
