A really sad and shocking thing happened on Friday night in Missouri City. Jameka Williams, who is 38 years old, was reportedly shot by her boyfriend (who she had an on-and-off relationship with) in front of her three kids.
This terrible event has devastated the family, and the person responsible for it hasn’t been caught yet.

The harrowing scene
Before Jameka Williams could go out for the evening, her boyfriend, who is also the father of two of her four children, confronted her at their home in Missouri City. In a really scary situation, Williams’ 14-year-old daughter saw the boyfriend shoot her mom, and she quickly called her aunt to tell her the awful news about her mother being killed.
According to the New York Post, the kids are now dealing with really sad memories of what happened, and the last thing they remember of their mom is this terrible event.

Allegations and manhunt for the suspect
Authorities haven’t revealed the suspect’s identity yet, but Jameka Williams’ family says there’s a history of problems between her and the person accused of killing her. According to Williams’ sister, their relationship was rocky, and it had recently ended.
The alleged killer apparently got upset when he saw Williams getting ready to go out. In a really scary moment, he showed a gun, and that led to the shooting that took her life.
Even though the police are trying hard, the suspect hasn’t been caught and ran away after the terrible act. There are worries about the safety of Williams’ family, and the Houston Police Department has confirmed that nobody has been arrested in connection with the incident.
