- The trailer for Malum has been released.
- It is the reboot of 2014’s Last Shift.
- The movie will be released on March 31.
The dark and twisted remake of the cult classic 2014 horror movie Last Shift, Malum, has recently received a brand-new trailer from Welcome Villain Films. The movie Malum will debut in theatres on March 31, 2023.
We get our first glimpse at the impending revamp in the new video. It starts with a few quick glances at the visuals that the original made iconic: lonely halls, singing that echoes, and a lone police sitting at her desk. The screen briefly shows cult iconography. When Jessica, the rookie working the shift, plugs a jump drive into her laptop, a horrifying video starts to play before moving to a shot of her seated at the desk she is now using. She screams as a sack is placed over her head, and then the trailer, which focuses on the movie’s main conflict, begins. Regardless of your knowledge of the original movie, the new teaser presents a startlingly fresh perspective on a developing story.
