Kim Zolciak and her husband, Kroy Biermann, reportedly negotiated a deal to keep their residence amid reports that the multi-million dollar property was in foreclosure, according to sources quoted by the US local news reporter.

The insider informed the magazine on Friday that “the pair has taken the effort to straighten things out.”

The cancellation of the auction, which was slated to take place on March 7, was also verified by the law firm of Brock & Scott, PLLC to Entertainment Tonight.

The explanation was made one week after Fulton Country declared the couple had defaulted on a $1.65 million loan and the house was under foreclosure.

The media was informed at the time that there were unpaid fees, including penalties, listed for the property by a representative of the Fulton County Tax Assessor’s Office, which did not supervise this foreclosure.

Notwithstanding the suspicions, Zolciak and Biermann carried on with their daily activities despite having invested “millions and millions of dollars” in the house since purchasing it in 2012.

In fact, the ex-“Real Housewives of Atlanta” actress flaunted the opulent property, complete with crystal chandeliers, an elevator, and a spa, on her Instagram Stories earlier this week.

Even worse, she shared a video of her Football star husband cleaning one of their seven bedrooms while wearing only a pair of boxers.

The “Don’t Be Tardy” actors haven’t officially addressed the reports, but Zolciak’s two grown children called the claims “crazy” on Wednesday.

“Don’t believe everything you hear,” Ariana, 21, told the media after landing at LAX, adding that it’s all a big “misunderstanding.”

“Everything is still there,” Ariana continued as her 25-year-old sister Brielle nodded in agreeance. “We all live there.”
