An administrative building in Kupyansk, northeastern Ukraine, was struck by a Russian missile on Thursday, injuring at least one person, according to a local official.
“The occupiers struck today in Kupyansk district. Once again with an S-300 missile. An administrative building is hit. A civilian who was near the building was wounded,” said Oleh Synyehubov, governor of the Kharkiv region, said on Telegram.
Russian forces have been employing the S-300 missile, which is typically an air defense missile, as an offensive weapon.
They are hard to intercept because of their speed. These are seldom correct though.
“At least two people are currently under the rubble,” Synyehubov continued, adding that rescue teams are at the scene.
