When attempting to cross the street, Ryan Shepard, a former stuntman for Eminem, was struck by a pickup truck and killed. Shepard, 40, reportedly travelled with the rapper who sang “Lose Yourself” on his 2002 Anger Management Tour as a stand-in and even flew into the MTV Movie Awards as the rapper’s superhero alter ego Rapper Boy.

Ryan Shepard was brought to a hospital after the sad accident in Washington State last month, but he was unable to be revived, according to his brother, who spoke to TMZ. Shepard then worked as a test automation engineer for SpaceX and a mechanical ride engineer for Disney, according to his brother.
