The Loona’s Olivia Hye has at last spoken out about her unsuccessful injunction lawsuit against BlockBerry Creative.

The idol made passing mention of the incidents but alluded at upcoming “news” rather than going into great detail.

She gave the update on the communication app Fab, stating: “I think Orbits would be hurting no matter what I say, so it’s not easy for me to speak. I believe you will be getting news soon, but I wanted to reach out to you before that.”

“From the bottom of my heart, thank you. I’m going to work up strength, so that I can stand in front of Orbits looking even better than now. It’s late, but wishing you lots of New Year’s blessings too, and I hope that this year Orbits and Loona both will be able to smile brightly.”

The female group Loona’s intention to file an injunction to terminate their contracts with their employer BlockBerry Creative was disclosed months ago. After one of the members, Chuu, was kicked out, the news was announced.

Four of the members were able to get their contracts suspended as a result, but Olivia and the other five could not. The other members of the team will still be required to be a part of Loona, while the four successful members are released from any contractual commitments.
