Shakira’s most recent Instagram post makes a message in response to Gerard Piqué’s rumored extramarital affair with Clara Chia Martin being made public.
“Las mujeres ya no lloran las mujeres bailan merengue!” According to Page Six, the 45-year-old Colombian pop artist captioned a split-screen video of her dancing and mouthing the lyrics of her caustic diss song, BZRP Music Session #53.
The caption read: “Women no longer cry; women dance merengue,” which is similar to the lyric of the song: “Women no longer cry; women cash in.”
The Hip Don’t Lie singer appeared in the footage, which appeared to be shot in a dance studio, wearing a long-sleeved black cut-out bodysuit and matching joggers.

Piqué, who appears to be the source of the breakup hymn, made his relationship with Clara Chia Marti Instagram official earlier this week.
In the selfie-style photo, the 35-year-old retired Spanish soccer player and the 23-year-old PR student, who supposedly started dating while he was still dating Shakira, cuddled up together on a restaurant terrace and grinned for the camera.
