The deputy head of the Ukrainian presidential office, Kyrylo Tymoshenko, reports that 15 persons have been pulled from the wreckage of the nine-story apartment building in the eastern city.
He adds that the strike harmed at least 10 persons, two of whom were children.
Ukraine minister calls for sanctions against Russian drone and missile manufacturers
The G7 and EU have been urged by Ukraine’s foreign minister to impose sanctions on Russia’s missile and drone industries.
Speaking after the most recent round of Russian missile attacks on Ukraine on Saturday, Dmytro Kuleba asked the two organizations to “without delay” put into effect the appropriate measures proposed by his nation.
