Lala Kent sobs to Lisa Vanderpump over allegations made against her ex-fiance, Randall Emmett during the forthcoming season of “Vanderpump Rules.”
In the most recent Season 10 promo from Bravo, a restaurant owner, 62, asks her upset staff, “What’s going on with Randall?”
Kent, 32, says while crying, “I want to know why people are accusing him of things they’re accusing him of.”
Emmett has been charged with being the subject of an FBI investigation for “suspected child exploitation and paedophilia,” according to court filings, however, Kent, who has a 1-year-old daughter named Ocean with a movie producer, would not go into further detail.
Fans questioned why the 51-year-old filmmaker, who has denied there is an investigation, still had “any custody” of his youngest child when news of the supposed probe leaked last week.
If you haven’t experienced with the family court system, you wouldn’t understand, Kent told a worried Instagram user.
London, 12, and Rylee, 9, are the girls Emmett and his ex-wife Ambyr Childers share.
For “a number of reasons,” Childers is now asking for “sole legal and physical custody” of the girls. In court records submitted late last month, the 34-year-old actress claimed that her ex-husband was “the subject of an FBI investigation for alleged child abuse and/or pedophilia.”
I am not under investigation by the FBI or anyone else, and the idea that I am is beyond ludicrous, Emmett said last week in an interview.
Anyone can plead anything they want; but, that does not make it true, he continued. There is no proof that I am under investigation for anything, and we continue to split custody of our kids 50/50. Ambyr’s even hints at anything so repulsive and untrue have me completely dumbfounded.
Emmett reiterated these views in an Instagram video that he later posted, saying his three young children will “know their dad was a terrific father.”
A half-hour later, Kent commented cryptically on her Instagram Story, saying, “Keep telling yourself whatever you need to in order to let you sleep at night. You are noticed.
Childers stated in her filing that she was “contacted by a special agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation asking [her] questions about [Emmett’s] suspected activities with child exploitation and pedophilia” at the beginning of December 2022, when she allegedly learned of the alleged investigation.
