Kickboxing champion Andrew Tate‘s supporters were shocked after fake claims of his death began to circulate on the internet.

Andrew’s false death was reported on Tuesday after the Twitter account of British TV broadcaster Piers Morgan was hacked.

Morgon’s social media account was hacked in the early hours of the morning, and a slew of abusive comments and threats were circulated online, involving high-profile personalities such as the late Queen Elizabeth and pop singer Ed Sheeran.

The announcement that Andrew had been killed in Dubai was among the series of viral tweets. According to The Mirror, over 4.6 million people read the news.

“BREAKING NEWS: Andrew Tate has been found shot dead in Dubai.” Andrew responded by joking that he is “Hard to kill,” this was the tweet about Andrew Tate.

Andrew, 36, has featured three times on Morgan’s show, the most recent being last week, with a number of memorable scenes involving the two going viral.
