Tories ‘don’t deserve to be resuscitated by the NHS’, a nurse expressed her dissatisfaction. Not only paramedics but also other healthcare workers have gone on strike in protest over salary and working conditions.
In recent days, there has also been industrial action launched by nurses in the countries of England, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Clint, a 53-year-old nurse from East Yorkshire, has stated that he will not walk out on his patients because he does not wish to abandon them.
He tells the news agency that he understands his coworkers’ decision to go on strike, claiming that the NHS is in the worst situation he’s seen since he started working in the field 30 years ago.
He claims that he would no longer support the ruling party because of how it has handled the National Health Service (NHS), despite the fact that he has always been a Conservative voter.
“I voted Tories consistently all my life but now they’re just letting us down,” he says.
