Teresa Giudice advised Todd and Julie “stay strong.” Before starting their separate prison terms.

The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” actress stated that “manifesting” is what helped her get through her own 11-month prison sentence in 2015 when she was asked by a journalist on Tuesday whether she had any advice for the “Chrisley Knows Best” stars as they prepare to turn themselves in.

The 50-year-old gave them the following advice: “Stand strong for their family, manifest what they want when they are in prison, and just be strong for their children.”

“It’s going to be really hard, but they have to make the best of it,” Giudice, who was also found guilty of fraud along with her ex-husband, Joe Giudice, said. “But they have to stay connected to their children and make it work.”

Giudice claims that having her kid’s visit “every week” was crucial to keeping the family together while she was incarcerated.

“The thing is my children were young … but based on their schedule, at least, go once a month,” she said.

The Bravolebrity advised them to find other ways to occupy the time when their family isn’t around to lift their spirits, such as exercising, manifesting, practicing yoga, or even writing a book.

The two are already “living every day like it’s [their] last,” according to their daughter Lindsie, despite Todd receiving a 12-year prison term and his wife receiving a 7-year sentence.

In addition to “dedicating their time in counseling and their biblical studies,” the couple, who were found guilty of bank fraud and tax evasion in June, is also “spending time with their kids that are in Nashville.”

In June, Todd, 53, and Julie, 49, were held responsible for a conspiracy to cheat banks of more than $30 million in phony loans. Along with submitting fabricated bank and credit report documents, they attempted to rent a house.

They have maintained their innocence and filed an appeal of their judgment, but in a few weeks, they will be leaving for Florida to serve their sentences.
