Shah Rukh Khan’s indirect response to Pathaan’s social media comments. SRK said at KIFF 2022, “Cinema and the rise of social media platforms that allow people to express themselves have now become the most important way for people to talk about their feelings and experiences.” Social media is shaping the story of our time, and despite the belief that this will hurt the cinema, I think it has an even bigger role to play now.
