Johnny Depp played Jack Sparrow for charity.

Kori, 11, who runs the YouTube channel “Kraken The Box,” shared a video Depp sent to Make-A-Wish on Sunday. In the clip, the actor reprised his Pirates character.

Kori’s YouTube page, which features pirate-themed videos, has 176,000 subscribers since Nov. 28.

“I think it will make for a tremendous entertainment experience temporary lapse of connectedness,” Depp as Jack Sparrow stated of the video sharing network. “Curios, persistent, weird.”

Kori is a “huge” fan of Jack Sparrow and watched Pirates movies “through his several heart surgeries,” a source claims.

Kori’s mother stated in a YouTube video titled “THANK YOU FOR 1000 SUBS!” that her son has had two heart transplants and is in hospice care.

“So we’re not going to school — bonus — not doing chores, living in our jammies, and just slumming it,” she adds in the video. “We’re just trying to enjoy life as much as possible.”

In another video posted on Kori’s channel Tuesday, Depp, still in character as Jack Sparrow, vows to designate Kori “Capt. Kori.”

Depp’s future with the Pirates series is uncertain after his defamation lawsuit with ex-wife Amber Heard, but he has a history of donating to hospitals and visiting sick children as Jack Sparrow. In 2003’s Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl, he garnered an Oscar nomination for playing Will Turner.
