Twitter User Shares Friend Funny Post-Breakup Call. Being a romantic is not for the faint of heart, and modern dating makes it even more difficult. For women, in particular, societal expectations are such that simply showing up for a date and having a good time is insufficient. There’s a lot of preparation that goes into the date, such as many visits to the salon, planning an outfit, and spending money on a variety of other things. A Twitter user shared a post-breakup sobbing phone conversation with a buddy, and her criticisms are valid.
Vanshika called her friend in tears to tell her about Akash, who wanted to take things slowly with her. To make matters worse, it happened on their “two-month anniversary” (yep, it became a meme). Vanshika then went on to explain how she had gotten waxing and threading done for the occasion, rejected several men for Akash, and bought heels without waiting for them to go on sale.
In fact, Vanshika began watching football for him, which is painful for anyone who isn’t interested in sports. In return, the (ex?) boyfriend not only put in zero effort but also told her he wanted to take a break.
While many people were entertained and sympathised, the majority of Twitter users chastised the Twitter user for sharing her friend’s private phone call. While it is true that Vanshika’s priorities are slightly messed up, most Twitter users saw it all as a major red flag on the part of the original poster. It was unclear whether Vanshika had consented to the call being posted, and some Twitter users wondered if the whole thing was scripted.
By the end of the call, it was evident that Vanshika would not be averse to moving forward with someone fresh.

it’s sad to see how she’s been pouring her heart out to you & you’re making her look like a joke infront of so many people. I’m sorry but this isn’t the way you’re supposed to treat your friends. I agree it’s just about two months, but time is time, no matter how long/short.
