Paul McCartney recently used Instagram Friday to display his remarkable flexibility, doing a headstand with no wobbles or falls in sight while lifting both of her legs with her core strength. It appears that Sir Paul is a devoted yogi.
The 80-year-old Beatles star displayed the remarkable manoeuvre while declaring it was his “show-off time” during a gym workout.
In the photo, the singer was joined by his Old English Sheepdog Rose, who appeared displeased and utilised a yoga mat for comfort.

For the workout, the rock star wore a white t-shirt with dark shorts and vibrant Nike sneakers.
The headstand is how I like to flaunt myself in the gym, he wrote. A yoga instructor once told me that it keeps you young.
However, this is not the singer’s first post featuring a stunning yoga stance. In August, the Hey Jude hitmaker tweeted a picture of himself with his late brother-in-law, who passed away from cancer, in a different yoga pose.
