According to reports, several people in the vast audience panicked when fans to the left of the stage began to flee for the exits.
With lawn and reserved seating, the Ruoff Music Center is an outdoor arena with an approximately 25,000-person capacity.
According to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office, three concertgoers were transported to the hospital with minor wounds.
There was no weapon at the scene that the police could find.
