Samantha Cristoforetti, an Italian astronaut who lives on the International Space Station (ISS) and works for the European Space Agency, recently posted a very interesting video on Twitter. In the clip, she talks about lifting weights when there is no gravity. Most likely, the video will make you want to know more.

“Weightlifting in weightlessness. Load-bearing exercises in space and on Earth help us maintain bone density and strong muscles – lift, push, build strong bones!”  she wrote with the video. In the interesting clip, she talks about how important it is to exercise in space and to keep doing so when back on Earth.
