Instagram is testing a new feature called Notes that will allow users to share vanishing content to limited friends and followers.

While the organisation is in the process of evaluating the capability, only certain employees have access to it. TechCrunch predicts that users of Instagram will soon be allowed to send brief messages to the circle of followers whom they consider to be their “close friends.”

Instagram’s most recent upgrade and version are essentially just 24-hour sticky notes, in contrast to Twitter’s recently added Notes function, which was only introduced a short while ago.

A marketer by the name of Ahmed Ghanem was the one who made the discovery and released photos showing Instagram Notes superimposed on direct chats.

According to the screenshots, users will not be notified when they have been sent a Note. They will have a full day to read it and respond using the messaging system after receiving the message.

It may have a more prominent placement than Stories, and it would enable friends to highlight critical communications that they don’t want to be buried in their inboxes.

The functionality of the feature will be evaluated on the platform through the use of a test in order to determine how users will react to it and whether or not it should be made available to more users.

Make use of these notes to communicate with the people who are closest to you on whether or not you will be reachable tomorrow or whether you will be reachable at a new number.
