B Gopal Krishna, an IAS official, is seen dancing to a well-known Kannada song, and the audience members joined him on stage. The audience danced and applauded for him.
The association of HDMC employees was in charge of planning the event. Gopal Krishna claimed that he had danced with enthusiasm ever since he was in school and that he still does.
