It should be noted that the viral Kacha Badam song was originally sung by Bhuban Badyakar and has since become a viral craze, much to his surprise. Bhuban Badyakar, who belongs to the Dubrajpur block of Kuraljuri village in Lakshminarayanpur Panchayat in West Bengal’s Birbhum district, used to roam about selling peanuts on his bicycle. To sell peanuts, he used to make up catchy jingles.
It all started when someone recorded Bhuban’s innovative way of selling peanuts on the street and posted it on the internet back in November 2021. The song became viral and was later trending for a long period on social media.
