BTS Confirms Their New Album ‘Proof’ Will Have 3 CDs & 48 Tracks

  • ‘Proof’ will span three CDs and feature 48 songs.
  • Three new songs are included: ‘Yet To Come,’ ‘Run BTS,’ and ‘For Youth’ First tangible album since CD singles ‘Butter’ and ‘Permission to Dance’ last year.

The BTS band has only announced a few promotional activities so far, and there will be no press conference for the album’s release. It will premiere its new songs on YouTube channel Bangtan TV on Monday, as well as pre-record a segment for Mnet’s ‘M Countdown’ at Seoul’s Jangchung Arena.

On June 16, the programme will premiere.

On the Big Hit website and the band’s social media sites, a 35-second teaser for ‘Yet to Come,’ entitled ‘The Most Beautiful Moment,’ is now accessible.

Separately, the organisation launched the #MyBTStory competition, which will begin on Friday and continue until July 9, and will be exclusively on YouTube Shorts.

As per the group’s agency Big Hit Music stated in a statement, “As BTS celebrates the ninth anniversary of its debut and is about to open a new chapter in their 10th year as artists, ‘Proof’ was designed to look back on the group’s past activities and ruminate on their meaning.”

BTS, a seven-member boy band, has become one of the most popular pop artists of all time, and they embody Korean music’s international breakthrough. It has been nominated for six American Music Awards, twelve Billboard Music Awards, and two Grammy Awards. Members of the group have led a UNICEF anti-violence campaign, spoken at the United Nations General Assembly, and visited with US President Joe Biden recently.

BTS have accumulated over 66 million followers on their official YouTube channel, making them the third most subscribed artist on the platform, and have six music videos in the platform’s Billion Views Club to far.

In its first 24 hours, the video for ‘Butter’ had 108.2 million views, with over 3.9 million concurrent views at its peak.

The band has amassed over 14 billion views on the site in only the previous 12 months.
