ISLAMABAD: A Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz local leader warned the party high-command that it is losing political standing in the federal capital due to absence of solid party structure, Bol News reported on Wednesday.
The former Islamabad deputy mayor Zeeshan Naqvi maintained that the ruling party is losing its vote bank as there exists a wedge between the leaders and workers. “The lack of party structure is dividing workers and local leaders are not interested in addressing it,” he said. “The workers are getting frustrated by the response.”

The former deputy mayor also pointed out the lacking of local leadership. “We lost all three Islamabad seats from the national assembly,” he said. “If the party structure is not sorted we will bear loses in next polls as well.”
