The TV star expressed his total support for his daughter’s choice to stop her relationship with Michael B. Jordan.
Steve Harvey admitted on the current edition of The Steve Harvey Morning Show: “Lori has my full support. She’s my child. I adore her and believe in her.”

“Things happen,” he went on. “It’s difficult to be young and in the spotlight while also having a great relationship. Look, as long as everyone can go in peace and remain friends… Nobody ever said they shattered any windows or anything.”

“I don’t care what you do as long as you don’t touch my daughter,” the 65-year-old remarked.

PEOPLE exclusively revealed last week that B. Jordan and Lori had broken up after 1.5 years of dating.

“Michael and Lori are both sad,” a source added. “They’re still in love.”

“Michael had grown up a lot over their relationship and was ready to commit for the long haul. He let down his guard with her, opening out emotionally for the first time in a love relationship “I’ve included the source. “They had a lot of fun together, and they brought out the best in each other.”
