Lavigne went on to say of the album’s subsequent trip, “It placed me on a route and brought me someplace I never in my wildest dreams could have ever anticipated, and I am thankful for it every single day.”
“Without the advice and direction of LA Reid, Lauren Christy, The Matrix, Cliff Magness, Curt Frasca, and Sabelle Beer, none of this would have been possible,” the singer said.
“I shall be eternally thankful to you for allowing me to be myself.”
