Over the previous day, Russian troops have opened fire on 39 settlements in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, killing 14 civilians and injuring 15.
According to reports, the Joint Forces Task Force published the appropriate remark on Facebook.
The Russian military employed combat aviation, multiple launch rocket systems, cannon artillery, tanks, and mortar systems across the defense line, launching air and missile strikes on civil infrastructure and residential areas.
Russian troops opened fire on 39 settlements in Donetsk and Luhansk regions at 9:00 p.m. on May 24, 2022, damaging and destroying over 60 civilian objects, including 50 residential houses, a hospital, a coke and chemical plant, a railway station, a construction base, a shopping mall, a police station, a prosecutor’s office, a power substation, and a garage.
“At least 14 individuals were murdered as a result, and 15 others sustained wounds and traumas of varied severity,” according to the report.
During the previous day, the Ukrainian military has repelled nine enemy strikes in the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) area. Within six places, battles are still waging.
Three Russian tanks, eight artillery systems, 18 armored fighting vehicles, one special armored vehicle, and one motor vehicle were all destroyed by Ukrainian forces. One Russian ZALA micro air vehicle and six Orlan-10 unmanned aerial vehicles were shot down by Ukrainian anti-air defense units.
