A horrific collision took place on Scissor Road near Badliwala in Khushab Punjab where two Chung Chi rickshaws collided with a truck, killing five people and injuring 15 others.

According to the rescue officials’ report, the injured were identified as Rabia 8, Imama 9, Ayub 52, Ahsan 10, Humaira 35, Aafia 8, Parveen 30, Usman 7, Sana 25, Saghir 30, Qaisar 13, Munir 12, Saima 28 and Ashraf 70 is included.

As per details the deceased included Kulsoom 65, Taslim Khatun 27, Iqra Batool 25, and Larib 12. Rescue officials added that the injured and the bodies have been shifted to DHQ Joharabad.

On the other hand, Punjab Chief Minister Hamza Shahbaz expresses condolences over the deaths in a traffic accident.

Hamza Shahbaz while expressing heartfelt sympathy and condolences to the bereaved family directed the medical team to provide the best medical facilities to the injured ones.

He has also ordered legal action against the driver responsible for the accident.
