In the wake of news that she was in discussions to feature in Pirates of the Caribbean, Margot Robbie has won a hotshot part in Ocean’s Eleven’s latest film.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the 31-year-old actor would not only appear in but also produce a revival of the critically acclaimed film.
According to sources, Carrie Solomon scripted the Warner Bros. movie, which has yet to be greenlit by the studio, and the narrative is set in 1960s Europe.
Meanwhile, Robbie was rumoured to be in discussions to replace Johnny Depp in the popular film on Monday.
According to The Sunday Times, Robbie has been in discussions to star in her own film in the franchise, while Jerry Bruckheimer revealed that Depp will not be returning ‘at this juncture.’
“The future is yet to be decided,” he added.
