ISLAMABAD: An accountability court has again issued permanent arrest warrant for former finance minister Ishaq Dar on Wednesday.
As per details, the accountability court in Islamabad heard the reference against Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader over his assets beyond means.
NAB Prosecutor Fazal Qureshi, and lawyers of the co-accused appeared before the court.
The court maintained not to proceed with the hearing further till the arrest of the PML-N leader.
The hearing was adjourned for an indefinite period conditioned on the arrest of Ishaq Dar.
“The proceedings will not go forward unless Ishaq Dar is presented before the court,” judge Muhammad Bashir remarked.
Notably, the former finance minister has been issued a passport on the directives of PM Shehbaz Sharif.
