She put on a strong face and claimed that the occasion was about her new movie, not her personal life. She remarked, “I think we are here to celebrate a new beginning not just for myself but for director Sabbir (Khan) and actors Abhimanyu and Shirley who have worked extremely hard on this movie. This isn’t about me or my life, in my opinion.” She didn’t stop there, though. She did admit that she and others had been through some difficult moments recently.

Shilpa continued, “We’ve all gone through difficult times in our lives. Not only have the last two years been terrible for me, but for many others as well. Also, the film industry in general. Because films have been completed but never seen the light of day, they have been in the can. People were unable to enter theatres. However, this is a pivotal moment for us.”
