In an intelligence briefing on Sunday, Britain’s defence ministry said Russia has likely lost one-third of the ground combat forces it committed in February and is “increasingly limited by degraded enabling capabilities; sustained low morale, and diminished combat effectiveness.”

According to the briefing, Russia has failed to make any significant territory gains in the last month; also continues to suffer from “consistently high levels of attrition.”
“Under the existing circumstances, Russia is unlikely to drastically accelerate its rate of advance over the next 30 days,” the report stated.
