On the heels of the Met Gala, Rihanna got a monument modelled after her pregnant physique at the Metropolitan Museum of Art? Rihanna posted a video of the ‘tribute’ to offer fans a better look.
Rihanna and her boyfriend A$AP Ferg are expecting their first child. On Monday, Rocky and did not attend the Met Gala’s red carpet. The singer, on the other hand, created an impression when a marble statue of him was presented at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The enormous statue was fairly close to the singer’s appearance, with a floral pattern from head to toe with the baby bump as the focal point.
While sharing a video on Instagram along with a note, Rihanna wrote, “shut down the met in marble! what’s more gilded than that? Lol! Thank you @metmuseum and @voguemagazine for this historic tribute! y’all bad for this one!”

Given that the Met has not revealed anything about the statue on social media, it is unclear whether the statue is real or just a complex joke. Vogue appears to be paying respect to the artist in the video.
Her fans and followers loved the statue and showered the post with praise.
One fan wrote, “Wasn’t even in attendance & still made an impact! This is so cool.”
Another added, “Making HistoRIH.”
Fan also wrote, “LegendaRIH.”
However someone wrote, “That’s one way to do it ‼️”
