Georgia Kousoulou revealed isn’t pressuring herself to lose baby weight

Georgia Kousoulou has refused to give in to the pressure to lose weight and “bounce back” after the birth of her son Brody.

The 30-year-old former Towie star, who gave birth to her first kid a year ago, admits that losing weight isn’t a priority for her.

Georgia, who stars in her own reality show, Baby Steps, with her fiancé Tommy Mallet, is more concerned with their son than with losing weight.

Mum-of-one said, “I am exercising again but it’s very rare – it’s not my priority.

“It’s been a year and I haven’t lost my baby weight. I didn’t put any pressure on myself and I’m proud of myself for that.

“I do think it needs to be celebrated more.”

Georgia also said, she “hates” the phrase “bounce back” when it comes to new mums’

Georgia and Tommy became well-known after appearing on The Only Way Is Essex.

After Georgia became pregnant, the pair chose to leave the ITVBe reality show and concentrate on their new lives as parents.

After six years on Towie, Georgia explained to her fans, “Time to be mum & dad now.”
