A touching video of a snake rescuer assisting a king cobra, the world’s most dangerous snake, has gone popular on social media. The event occurred a few months ago, but it has just reappeared on the internet.
On New Year’s Day, a king cobra was discovered entangled in a bundle of fishing net and leaves in a rice paddy in East India. Mirza Arif, a snake rescuer, was called in by the local people after they discovered the trapped snake.
In the video, we can be seen that the snake rescuer is seen capturing the snake with a stick and carried him to an open area and the king cobra defends itself by raising its hood. The snake begins to relax after a few seconds.
Then Mirza Arif brings a large bottle of Sprite filled with water to the cobra and assists the snake in drinking from it. The snake spreads its mouth wide and gulps down water that the rescuer assists him with. The snake relaxes entirely when its thirst is filled, and the guy effortlessly places him in a plastic box.
Mirza Arif takes scissors to cut the cobra’s fishing net, and a few locals assist him in securely capturing it. The snake was eventually released near where it was discovered after being liberated from the net.
