The reality actress and her fiancé were pictured leaving the Grammy Awards in Las Vegas on Sunday, and some believe they detected a growing bulge.

Kourtney, 42, wore a black jumpsuit with cuts at her ribcage and stood with her husband-to-be at the awards event.
