‘I’m mistaken for a teenager despite the fact that I’m a grandmother — people like my gorgeous physique.’

Nathalie Gangon, 53, has worked hard to stay young-looking.
She has taken up intermittent fasting, weight lifting, and has even given up alcohol.
The gym bunny from Quebec, Canada, wants to demonstrate to others that it is never too late to turn back the clock.
She just became interested in fitness when she was in her 50s, but she has already experienced amazing benefits from changing her lifestyle and training programme.

“I just felt it’s never too late to get in shape, and consistency is crucial,” Nathalie explained.

“I started weight lifting at home when I was 50 years old; if I had known what I know now, I would have begun sooner.”

“I have to work hard to stay in shape, and it gives me so much energy; we’re all getting older, and all I want is a high quality of life.”

Nathalie works out at least three times a week, in addition to going on dog walks, treks, and paddle boarding to stay fit.

She fasts intermittently, which means she fasts for 16 hours a day and eats only between 12 and 8 p.m.

“I try to eat healthy most of the time and eat less processed food and not too much sugar, I don’t starve myself and eat at least three meals a day,” the grandmother explained.

Nathalie’s efforts had paid off.

Fans have praised the gran’s fitness material on her TikTok profile.

“I can’t believe we’re the same age!” exclaimed another. “You look fantastic!”

“You ain’t no granny, you look like you’re in your twenties!” said a third.

Nathalie appreciates the warm sentiments and wants to inspire others to begin their fitness adventures.

“Everyone likes my smile, my sincerity, and my lovely curves,” she continued.

“I frequently receive remarks such as, ‘You are amazing, awesome, attractive, and seductive.’

“I suppose they admire the full package, as well as my amazing enthusiasm.”

“I don’t believe I’m the most gorgeous, but I do have charisma and a positive attitude.”

“Of sure, I have a great figure, but am I flawless?” No…

“Stop comparing yourself to others; you may do the same workout and eat the same food and have a different outcome.” All bodies are different and that’s what is great.”
