Lady Gaga will appear on the Grammy stage this weekend, CBS revealed on Friday.
According to the statement, which comes two days before the ceremony, Gaga will pay a very special musical homage to her long-time colleague and iconic performer Tony Bennett.
This year, the House of Gucci singer is nominated for five Grammys, including two in the top categories, Record of the Year and Album of the Year, for the single I Get a Kick Out of You and the album Love for Sale, respectively.

According to Bennett’s son Danny, the Shallow singer will offer an emotional homage to Bennett, who will not attend the awards event due to his fight with Alzheimer’s illness, but will be rooting for Gaga from his home.
An source said ahead of the Grammys that “Gaga’s performance is going to be the biggest moment of the night, and it will pay respect to Tony’s greatness.”
“On stage, she will perform Love For Sale, the title tune from their last album, which was released last year.” She will also sing Do I Love You, a tune they previously performed together,” an insider noted.
Gaga will perform with Billie Eilish, Lil Nas X, Silk Sonic, and Olivia Rodrigo at the ceremony, which will be broadcast live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, April 3.
