Prince William saved Kate Middleton from an embarrassing gaffe on St. Patrick’s Day.

When the Duchess of Cambridge was pregnant with her first child, Prince George, he fell to the ground during the annual parade in 2013.

It happened while she was walking alongside her spouse and her shoe got stuck in a drain cover. Kate is in charge of handing out customary shamrocks at the celebration.

While Kate attempted to resolve the matter on her own, it was Prince William’s proactive move that salvaged the day. The Duke of Cambridge supported his wife and assisted her in getting back up without losing her shoe.

St. Patrick’s Day this year will be the first in two years. The 2020 parade has been cancelled owing to the epidemic. The majority of the regiment was deployed overseas in 2021.
