The former Prime Minister of Pakistan, Nawaz Sharif’s grandson Junaid Safdar tied the knot in August this year to Ayesha Saif-ur-Rehman with the valima date and location pending. It has now been revealed that the newlywed couple’s valima will take place in Lahore on December 17.

According to the sources, their valima ceremony will be attended by close friends and relatives, and former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will attend the ceremony via video call from London.

Junaid Safdar is the son of PML-N vice-President Maryam Nawaz Sharif and Captain (r) Muhammad Safdar.

It should be noted that Maryam Nawaz couldn’t attend the ceremony as her name was on the Exit Control List.
