Emerging cricket teams from Pakistan and India are scheduled for another confrontation in a major continental competition. The promising young talent from across Asia will participate in the Asia Cup Rising Stars 2025 tournament next month in Doha, Qatar.

The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) has officially renamed the event, previously known as the Emerging Asia Cup, to the Asia Cup Rising Stars.

The tournament will be conducted in the T20 format from November 14 to 23.

A total of 15 matches will be played.

The event will feature the same eight teams that recently competed in the Asia Cup in the UAE: Pakistan, India, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Oman, UAE, and Hong Kong.

Groups and Key Match:

The participating nations have been split into two groups:

Group A

Group B

Bangladesh A

Pakistan A

Afghanistan A

India A

Sri Lanka A

UAE

The highly anticipated fixture between Pakistan A and India A is set for the group stage on November 16.

The tournament structure will not include a Super Four stage.

The top two teams from each group will automatically qualify for the semi-finals.
