Pakistani nationals planning to travel to the UK, USA, Canada, Sweden, Australia, or any other Western country for employment must obtain the National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP). This card is issued by the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA).

Any Pakistani citizen can apply for NICOP, which also allows dual nationals to travel to Pakistan without a visa. A passport number is required to obtain the smart NICOP.

NADRA has categorized countries into two zones, Zone A and Zone B, with different fee structures for each. Countries such as Australia, USA, Denmark, Sweden, and France are classified under Zone A.

Nadra NICOP Normal, Urgent and Executive Fee for Zone A

As of July 2024, there is no change in online fee structure for NICOP for Zone A countries. The normal fee for new Smart NICOP stands at $39 while urgent fee $57 and executive fee $75.

The normal fee for new NICOP for zone A countries stands at Rs11,340, urgent fee Rs16,589 and executive fee at Rs21,820.
