Spanish Formula 1 driver Carlos Sainz, currently racing for Ferrari, was first linked to Scottish model Rebecca Donaldson in the summer of 2023 after ending his nearly seven-year relationship with Spanish journalist Isa Hernáez.
Though Sainz and Donaldson have not publicly discussed their relationship, Sainz jokingly mentioned marrying her in Las Vegas during an interview with fellow driver Charles Leclerc.
Rebecca Donaldson, hailing from Scone, Scotland, attended Perth Academy and is a model represented by Brand Model Management, having featured on Vogue Ukraine and Marie Claire México covers.
She launched her activewear brand, Muse Activewear, during the COVID-19 lockdown in 2020.
The couple was first spotted together in Milan in June 2023 and later seen at a golf course in Amsterdam. Donaldson has also met Sainz’s family, attending Madrid Fashion Week in February 2024, where Sainz’s mother and sisters were present. Previously, she briefly dated Scott Disick in 2022.
Donaldson supports Sainz at races, often seen together at events such as the F1 Grand Prix of Mexico and Las Vegas in late 2023, and continued cheering him on during the Monaco Grand Prix in May 2024.
