Any Pakistani citizen is eligible to apply for NICOP, facilitating travel to Pakistan without needing a visa for those holding dual nationality. When applying for NICOP for newborns born abroad, it’s essential to provide the passport number as a mandatory requirement.

Where to Apply for NICOP

You can apply for your NICOP by either visiting NADRA Registration Center (NRC) or through Pak-Identity website.

NADRA Registration Center (NRC)

To obtain a NICOP, you can visit the closest NADRA Registration Center (NRC) and submit your application there.

Following are the steps which you will be following at the NRC:

You will be issued a token

Your photograph will be captured

Your fingerprints and signature will be taken

Your required data entry will be done and form will be printed to be reviewed by yourself

You will be handed over a printed version of your application form.

You can apply for your Smart National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (SNICOP) by visiting Pak Identity website and have it delivered to your doorstep.

New NICOP Fee for Malaysia in Pakistan May 2024

The regular fee for obtaining a new NICOP in Pakistan is Rs5,820, with an urgent fee of Rs8,730, and an executive fee of Rs11,640.

On the other hand, applying for a new NICOP online incurs a fee of $20 for regular processing, $30 for urgent processing, and $40 for executive processing.
