Carter Rhoad, aged 30 and born in 1993, was a professional in the technology services and management field from San Diego, California. He held the position of Director of Workforce Solutions at ITCO Solutions, Inc., a prominent company in the industry.
Rhoad’s journey at ITCO began in December 2019 as a Senior Regional Account Manager and quickly progressed to become the Director of Workforce Solutions by August 2021. Prior to joining ITCO, he gained valuable experience at Kforce Inc. as a Client Relationship Senior Manager, starting as a Talent Relationship Associate in March 2017.
Aside from his career, Rhoad was an enthusiastic entrepreneur who founded Loma Apparel in April 2012, a clothing company focused on stylish apparel with a charitable aspect.
Sadly, Rhoad’s life ended abruptly during a camping and surfing trip with friends Jake and Callum Robinson in April 2024. They were reported missing on April 27 in the Rosarito/Ensenada region of Baja California Norte, Mexico.
Their remains were discovered in a 50-foot well near La Bocana on May 3, 2024. Mexican authorities reported that the trio was fatally shot while attempting to thwart thieves stealing their tires during the camping trip.
Rhoad was born to Page Forbes Rhoad and Hal Rhoad in Atlanta, Georgia, and grew up with siblings Clifton, Cannon, and Caroline Rhoad. He attended Northview High School and later pursued a Business Management degree from Florida Southern College. He continued his studies at Point Loma Nazarene University, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
Rhoad was engaged to Natalie Weirtz, with plans to marry on August 17, 2024, which tragically could not come to fruition due to his untimely death. Weirtz works as a Senior Designer specializing in Intimate Apparel and previously worked at Spanx for over six years.
