During the weekend, the price of 24-carat gold dropped by Rs1100, settling at Rs246,500 per tola.
Dealers reported a decrease in the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold by Rs943, now trading at Rs211,334. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 22-karat gold also decreased, now trading at Rs193,723.
